Jim Rexroad has more than 30 years of experience in project financing, operations, maintenance, construction, and development of electric generating stations, industrial facilities, and natural gas storage assets. He has developed or financed over 4,000 MW of natural gas and renewable generation, including, most recently, a 1,000-MW plant in Missouri, starting construction mid-2026. His most recent experience at United Energy Trading as their Chief Commercial Officer and at Macquarie as a managing director has provided him with a level of knowledge and experience across all aspects of the energy market, including financing, trading, and creative contract structuring for a wide variety of conventional and renewable energy and industrial opportunities. His technical and operational experience was developed while at Duke Energy and BP, as well as the U.S. Navy as a submarine officer and MEMC as a maintenance superintendent.
